PPG AGM poster 2016

The Patient Participation Group (PPG) are a small group of patients of The Wooda Surgery who represent the patient population in shaping the services that we deliver. The key objectives for the Patient Participation Group are:

  • To ensure that patients are involved in decisions about the range and quality of services provided at the Practice.
  • To provide an advocacy for the patients of the Practice when making a change to an existing service or implementing new services.
  • To ensure that the information that we offer to patients is consistently provided in a patient friendly manner.
  • To participate in the continuous improvement of the Practice.

If you would like to get involved, please contact the Practice manager -Kristy Elson to discuss further.

The Wooda Surgery welcome feedback from our patients as this enables us to shape our services with participation from our patient population. If you would like to provide feedback for the PPG to discuss at the next meeting, please complete the feedback form below and pop it into us.  Please note, there is a seperate process for patients who wish to make a complaint or rasie a grievenace. Please see the compliments and complaints item in further information.
